If any item is shown as "Free Shipping East of the Rockies" and does NOT show Free Shipping when you are checking out, that is a computer ERROR, so please send us an email at edwb@att.net or call us at 800-709-0064 and we will correct it IMMEDIATELY!
Remember, the computer will still say Free shipping when you are in zip codes 73000 and up, but that is considered West of the Rockies and there WILL be a UPS and Freight surcharge on LARGER ITEMS, so please check off WEST of the Rockies.
Most small to meduim size items are free shipping East of the Rockies. Larger items may use actual shipping prices from UPS. Multiple items like chairs may be shipped by freight. Please call if you need clarification on shipping prices that are included in your order. If you would like to provide your credit card information by phone, or you have a questions for us, or you would like to pay by check, please call us toll free at 800-709-0064 from 10am to 10pm EST.
Custom or larger items are charged 50% down within a week of your
placing your order. Other standard items are usually charged about the
time they ship or go to the outside packer.
We are available toll free at 800-709-0064 from 8 am to 8 pm EST. Because of our family's other needs, you may be asked to leave a message on our www.artsinheaven.com answering machine. We will call you back as soon as we can, usually within a couple of hours.
Currently we do not accept Orders outside the Continental United States, nor do we ship to PO boxes. Orders for other than the continental US will be cancelled.
