All Amish end tables are 3/4 inch hardwood for flat surfaces and solid hardwood for all shaped and turned surfaces. The only exception would be that pedestals for tables are hollow inside, but they are still all hardwood.
Cabinets frequently use hardwood veneer for the sides and a form of all wood plywood for the backs.
Drawer bottoms are usually all wood plywood also. These choices are made to minimize warpage, rather than to reduce costs. Our Amish end tables are made to last for generations.
Drawer sides and backs are usually hardwood poplar for occasional tables, rather than oak or cherry or maple. That does reduce the cost of the drawers somewhat.
Again, no composite woods or wood chip or rubber wood materials are ever used.
Our Warranty on most items is one year - we will repair or replace, at our option, any items with major defects. All transactions are encrypted. Currently we do not accept Orders outside the Continental United States.
