We visit Amish Country in Ohio weekly in most cases to pick up custom and freshly made Amish items and then ship them from our warehouse UPS ground with tracking and full insurance to the continental US.
Our present brick headquarters building is a bit of an antique itself having been built before 1920 and used for many years as a horse-drawn dairy depot and storage and bottling facility. In some places the walls are well over a foot thick to accommodate the four inches of cork insulation that is still intact in the middle of the walls and even the ceiling of the first floor. As we understand it, ice was brought in from ponds all over the Akron area in the winter and then covered with straw to last through the summer and keep the milk and cream cold.
Our premises include storage for our inventory and shipping areas and the usual array of computers and our telephone message machine. We are not always there, particularly because of the time difference, so please let the message machine record your message and then we will call you back when you request it.
Email is answered many hours of the day and night and is usually easier for us to address your questions, but telephone message calls are still welcome. Elsewhere on our web site you will find our privacy and return policies spelled out in as full a way as we could do so.
Our manufacturing business is not a large company but we have been around for quite a few years now and we are well equipped to handle your needs in a prompt and courteous manner.
